Hi

After being on the phone to EE and going through the passwords with agent it could be, and still not working, I finally took the battery  cover off  and reset the device using the device reset button and then used the Special password printed under the lid of the device and that worked. so thank you.

What 8 digit number? Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover.
