New EE Sim

I bought a new EE sim for my pay as you go virgin on my Doro Phone

all i can get is insert sim I noticed on the card it is for 4G has he sold me the wrong card

Not if you asked for an EE SIM. Why are you putting an EE SIM in a Virgin phone?

Hi @Glynn6 ,

 

Do you own a mobile which supports 5G telecommunications technology, or intend to use 5G functionality?

 

The top end Doro smartphones I can currently find only support 4G at the moment and not 5G.
