iPhone 13 pro max

Ordered a 13 pro max in October in a local branch, as yet have had no communication whatsoever. I want to cancel the order and claim my deposit back as I’ve got 13 pro, is this possible?

They are x3 graphite 128GB Iphone 13 Pro Max's.

I ordered x3 watches the same time (16.12.21) and they have been delivered.

Please could you look into this and come back to me asap.
