So I'm in the UK, and my phone shows that I have signal of 4G but there're no data coming in. Every single app that uses internet shows connection timed out a while after I open them. I've been searching the issue for a while, and I found there's a content lock thing, but I can never find it following directions from other topics.
I've tried to call 150 twice and only got response once. I really don't know what's going on.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

@bournethesaw With PAYG you will need to call customer services to request to have content lock removed. Content lock will only impact social media apps and all age related content on the Internet,
Can you access the internet ok ?
do you have a data allowance?
