Good day. I bought a sim pack in Asda yesterday, in big bold letters on the front of says £15 for 30gb data. I registered a new account, went to top up but 30gb for £15 was not an option? Only 15gb £15.
Confused and a little annoyed, I topped up £20 to get 30gb of data (even though, at the promotion rate I should get 60gb for £20?)
What is going on EE? SURELY I'm entitled to exactly what is offered on the pack?
@LadyAleesha It’s £15 for 30Gb there is no promotion rate and I don’t know why you think that. Have you read all the information that came with the SIM card ?
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 15GB.
