Hi, I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 6 around 19 th November with the offer of a Xbox series s, I received my phone and IV got a message on 6th December saying that the Xbox is now being processed, but until now I didn't receive the box and it was supposed to be a gift present for my daughter.

@MM729119 , You will have to ring customer service to find out why you have not received the Xbox, there is no account access here. EE will be able to take a look for you and should be able to give you an answer.
