Re: Accessing a second mobile number on my EE account

Hi Leanne, I am also having the same problem. I have 2 ee numbers both pay as you go. The first appears as it should on my account but the second does nor appear any link to check on my credit. I have both numbers for over a year. I cant remember if it worked before for me but I think it was linked and was taken out of my account when it wasnt used for some time. As I received a message about losing my credits because it wasnt used for a few months, I made a top up, receiving a message that its active now. I tried to add into my account again, which seemed gone through fine as I had to confirm and receive a code on my second number. I also received an email confirming the addition but the link with the second number didnt appear at all, therefore I cant see any info about the second number. When I tried to add to my account again I had the message that an account holder already has the number?

Hi @PISKIES

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Is the number still active after you topped up?

Can you make calls and send texts from this number?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Does it not appear under the Switch Accounts dropdown?
