How do I deregister account with no plan from EE

I have two different accounts for two different phones but one has a plan and the other doesn’t. Is it possible to completely delete the account that has no plan so i can add that number to the account with the plan or is there another simpler solution to this?

How can you have a phone w/out a plan? If it were on contract it would either have a plan & you were paying every month for it or it would be a cancelled contract & it would not have a mobile no. 

 

So are you meaning that it's on PAYG but has no current pack?
