Adding data

Hi, I have just done an add on to my account ready for when I arrive back in the UK on Sunday. It was the 5GB (30 days). It has been added, however, on my account it says I only have 750MB. Why does it not say 5GB?

Itemised call and message logs

I went online to view my call and message logs on my account and the information last recorded was on 11 Dec. Have deleted and reinstalled app but information remains the same. Any ideas?
