iPhone 13 delivery queries

So me being me and jumping the gun and seeing next day delivery thought I'd get it tomorrow but obviously now I seen it can take up to 14 days so it won't be here then. But my question is does this 14 days mean all phones or does it excluding the iPhone 13 due to the shortages that is going on and a follow up question if it does mean all phones is it 14 days max or could it be longer again ?.
