Has anyone else had a poor service from Enjoy delivery service?

EE e-mailed to say an ‘Enjoy expert’ would deliver a new iPhone (wife’s Xmas present) between 1800 and 20.00. They arrived 20 minutes early and refused to wait until I got home at 1800 to sign for the device.
My wife asked him to do the set up with her and I would be there to sign by the time he was done. His reply was that it would only take 10 minutes and he couldn’t stay as it was the last call of the day. Despite Enjoy giving the 1800-2000 slot he refused to work to it.
The EE operative, Adam was amazing and even got me a better, cheaper contract but with a direct delivery this time. 
He also took the trouble to speak with Enjoy operative, ‘Ian’ and he reportedly didn’t even apologise. . In my opinion, an embarrassment to the great service that EE provide.
