Since my card expired and you altered my online account I can not register my new card check my phone usage and pretty much unable to do anything.
Ive been a customer for just about forever and I can't believe I have to ring 360 to put credit on and that works now and then. Cant you sort my account out so It is how it was before ? Every option I click on takes me back to the same page !
