Hi,

 

I have just done an add on to my account ready for when I arrive back in the UK on Sunday. It was the 5GB (30 days). It has been added, however, on my account it says I only have 750MB. Why does it not say 5GB?

If you text AL or BALANCE (both do the same) to 150, what do you get by response?

Where are you? If outside EU it won't show until you are back in UK as it's not valid where you are.
