Returns pack is on its way but my new phone hasnt been delivered yet

Hi,

I am still waiting for my new phone to be delivered. But I have had messages to say the returns packaging is on its way. What happens if the return date is before the new phone is delivered?

I would recommend getting in touch with customer services on 150 and query it, so that they can make sure that you don't have to return your old phone till you have received your new phone.
