How do I buy a SIM for my son

I am trying to set up my son with EE. It is impossible, he has given up too. He has made an EE account, and that is as far as he can go. There is no option to "buy a new SIM".

In addition it keeps asking him to "register his number" or something, but of course he has no number.

Please help if you can. I remember I had very similar issues when I tried to use an EE SIM first time, but I cannot remember how I bought my EE SIM.

It's thinking he's an existing customer with an EE number already cuz he's logged into MyEE. Tell him to log out of MyEE before buying a new SIM.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
