No order comfirmation

I verfied my card by using my card reader before I fully processed the order and once I did it the page just went to the main EE page??? No order confirmation page or email or anything!!! what is this about??? thanks

Clinically vulnerable person

I am a clinically vulnerable person and I have £50 credit and no money left in my bank to top up. My pack didn't renew and I have been left with no phone contact with my support workers. It's absolutely disgusting how EE can do this
