phone over internet incoming calls rings once

Hi all could somebody please help i have the digital handsets for over the internet calls incoming calls only ring once then hangs up but numbers in my contacts will ring as normal

Welcome to the community.

If calls from your contacts are going through, it sounds like it could be something to do with the way your Call Protect settings are set up.

There are some steps on our Call Protect help page on how to check which calls are blocked. It's under the 'Blocking some types of calls' section.

There are options including 'withheld numbers' and 'unrecognised numbers', which I suspect may be switched on at the moment.

Could you take a look and let me know how you get on please?

Only thing I’ve blocked is international calls even a local number only rings once

Are you able to amend any of your call settings by calling 1571 @popey3765?

Yes set it for the longest ring
