We have a BT Decor 2600 phone. It works perfectly when connected to the EE Router. If used in a different room using the Home Phone Adapter it is possible to send/receive calls but the phone never actually rings on an incoming call. We are only aware of incoming calls when the phone's answer machine cuts in. I have tried resetting everything including switching off the Router for at least 5 minutes. Still the same issue. It appears that the Home Phone Adapater is the cause of the problem? Any suggestions?

Hi @lucky131
Thanks for coming to the community 😊
I'm sorry to hear the phone still isn’t ringing through the Home Phone Adapter when receiving a call. As you’ve already tried resetting everything and powering the router off, it’s best to get in touch with our team so this can be checked further.
