Strange TALK TIME

I bought £10 sim card with 500 min talking time. But, it finished suddenly and now it is 0 min!!! I have not use it eben for 3 hours in total!!! I received a message that I can add money to increase the taking time. I selected £5 option. Now, I found that it can not be actived until the end of month or I finish the current plan. Does anybody have this experience? ALSO, WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS BUSINESS IN THE MODERN WORLD??!!

@XRaySpeX is correct, if you have a pay as you go account you would need to call us, using one of the numbers on the Contact Us page. 

Have you tried texting NOW to 150 to see if the pack starts now for you?
