Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

Top up not received

Top up £10 to my PAYG team but when I checked my balance through AL to 150, balance is 0. I received a confirmation email for my payment and my bank has been debited. Please help.
