I got my self a SIM card 24 month contract in livingstone Scotland , got to my mothers in Fife and then I set up the SIM card but the signal was awfull .
1 bar and I sound like a robot, I did the usual restarted my phone even tried the SIM card in another phone , same issues indoor and out door
I phones up Ee and the advisor says I have to take the SIM card back to Livingstone to get cancled . He even struggles as I was cutting out and sounding like a robot.
Now here is my issue am heading back home to Orkney islands and can’t get back to Livingstone for me to take the SIM card back it would mean a 7 hour ferry journey over night than over 2 hours by bus from Aberdeen to Livingstone .
than due to travelling times find a bb to stay just to give back a SIM card.
it seems so strange that they can not cancel my contract online 😕
should I try phoning ee one more time ?
any other suggestions ?
