Leaving EE

Hi, I moved to another country and I need to leave EE, but I can't call or doing by phone. I can I do? Is there a way thourgh email or something similar? Thanks, Valentino

Why can't I check my mobile bill on the app or in the EE website? I've been trying for a few days and still can't see it. Only says that they can't load the information and it's their fault not mine?!
