Number Transfer

Have transferred number to EE and all appears to be ok but when I send texts these show the temporary number provided with new sim. Have turned phone off and on again but still persists. Is there an easy fix?

It's great news to hear that you've transferred your number over to us.

It sounds like you're experiencing a split service.

A split service may happen on the date of the transfer, but that should be rectified within 24 hours of your number porting onto EE account.

Has it been more than 24 hours since your port in date?
