Sent my phone in by normal post as did not receive a envelope to send back

Hello everyone I sent my phone back by normal post as did not receive a returns pack and now ee are charging me £385 pounds for the phone and they say on there website if it’s not returned after 14 days you will get a charge I believe the phone has been lost or stolen to be fair I have had much bigger problems to worry about then a stupid bloody phone my nan is in palative care and my uncle is critically I’ll and I am a nhs staff member I think this is a **bleep** joke mate

I sent the phone back via first class 3 weeks ago after the 14 day period as I did not receive anything to send it back I am also not financially well of due to having Covid 3 times I am just about to loose my house too many regards Natashia norton
