Hello
I placed an order last night on the online store and had an email to call through as needed more information. I spoke with a rep this morning and completed an EVI or EIV and was told everything was done etc. Welcome to EE etc. I was told I would receive delivery info today via DPD for delivery tomorrow, however I have yet to receive anything.
I have received an email from EE saying confirmation - your order is on its way with an account number but no tracking number? So I can't even track it online?
Is this normal?

If you speak to CS on 150 you can obtain your tracking number and use EE online tracking tool.

If your delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, you'll receive your tracking information via text before 8pm this evening.
