No texts from DPD & no Order Number to track online!

My phone was stolen so I can't receive any texts from DPD regarding the delivery of my new device. The confirmation email I received from EE doesn't include an Order Number either so I can't find any way to track my delivery! Can anyone at EE please help???

I am so sorry to hear your phone has been stolen. 

 

Please could I ask you to confirm what phone you ordered?

 

Have you downloaded the DPD app? you can enter your contact details and delivery address to find out more delivery information.

Hi Katie, thanks for replying so quickly. 

 

I ordered a Samsung A52s 5G in black. I downloaded the DPD app as recommended but that's also asking for my phone number so they can send me a pin code to verify my identity. Without a phone this is obviously not feasible and I need to communicate via email if possible. 

 

Is it at all possible to nominate someone else to receive my phone delivery?

They would need to have the same surname and show DPD their proof of ID. 

 

Have you tried using the email address for the DPD app?
