Hi, i had my upgrade and was supposed to send back my old phone via a returns pack which is corncerning me. It is a small envelope with a thin bubble wrap inside it. At this point i dont have much choise but to send it thru what was provided. Had anyone done it like this without doing extra packaging?
@Marvelclash47 Take pictures of your old device with a date next to it you’ll then have some proof of the condition of the device if it should get damaged. The provided return package was supplied to you for you to use so it’ll not be your fault if anything should happen.
