Hello all!
I'm an NHS worker and I just tried to sign up for the free unlimited data, but unfortunately I entered a typo in my NHS e-mail address when I signed up (just added an extra letter). When I try to sign up again, it won't let me as it says I'm already registered under my name and phone number. When I sign in under the typo e-mail address, there appears to be no option to correct my e-mail address. Please help!

not all nhs staff have a nhs email address so how do we get our free data thank you

Sorry, this offer is only available to customers on an EE Consumer Pay Monthly phone plan who are current NHS staff with a valid NHS email address.

i do have a monthly bill but i was only trying to explain not everyone in the nhs has a nhs email address i am a domestic so there is no need for me to have a nhs email address

We can only verify workers are employed by the NHS by sending a verification email to their NHS email address. I’m sorry that you are unable to register for unlimited data at this time.

my wife is a NHS worker and trying to get this unlimited data thing. But theres a problem. she cant open the email at work. As she will get into deep trouble. there is no way of registering. And I cant ring up even though I am the account holder. So what is the point.

This offer is only valid for EE pay monthly customers who work in the NHS with a valid NHS email address. Your wife would need to register her email address to activate the offer.

so what your saying she is not eligible because i'm the account and she does not pay her bill.

The account must be in the same name as the NHS employee.
