been given unlimited data on my device to use as hotspot whilst waiting for EE to install internet at my address, just received a message saying ive used my allowance but service will stay active at a lower speed.. download speed has dropped from 48mbps to 500kbps... downloads have gone from 45mins to 10 hours??

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check your plan and explain what's happened.
