Hi, EE has been amazing during Covid by giving NHS workers unlimited data which is a benefit I'm constantly using for my patients in the hospital.
As no family members are allowed to visit, video calls are the only option the patients have to keep in touch with their loved ones using their own smartphones, but the hospital wifi is useless, so I am able to call upon this benefit by using my EE mobile phone as a hotspot for them to make calls!
However, I am not always on duty and as such, our small rehabilitation unit - which covers the whole County - would be able to continue to deliver vastly important family communications if it has the use of a dongle or wifi hotspot device that would allow patients to be in contact with their families.
So without shame or embarrassment, I'd very much like to see if EE would be willing to help us out?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Tepa
Speak to your trust about improving WiFi locally.
You understand that allowing people access to your device potentially leaves your device open to malware. Anyone within range (floor above and below) could connect unless you are using a secure password.
You are responsible for anything they do/send/receive on your connection. I'm sure this is also breaching your contract and EE terms and conditions.
Thanks
