More data

I recently purchased a one time add on of 5gb and want to buy another.

When I get the option to buy more data it only gives me options to buy monthly services. How can I get yo the menu to simply add more data as a one time payment?

I still cannot add more on, same options come up.

I do have 1gb left  does this make a difference?

Hi @AndyRush01.

You will be provided all options once your data has been used from the current extra data pack you have purchased.

When it says buy add ons it shows things like music and video monthly subscriptions but no option just to buy.

I'll be good and should see me through until Wednesday when my allowance re sers 😊

Hi @AndyRush01. 

Within the My EE app you should be able to follow these steps to get more data:

Menu > Plans & Add-ons > Get more add-ons > Data. 

This will show you both 'One-off' and 'Recurring'.
