I called yesterday and they said the same thing they all say that they haven't got any confirmation from apple when they'll receive it. But a friend of mine who order around the same time as me but from O2 called their CS team and he was told he'll probably get it in 2 weeks or so as they are expecting delivery from apple so it must be the same case for EE as well 🤞
Can I ask did you get an email confirming that or did you check the EE tracking and could you say like when you ordered it like I checked my email and the tracking it still says the same thing as when you order, I think awaiting confirmation ☹️ but I am glad finally some of us are getting their phones. It seems like decades lol my mates and I were joking saying if it doesn't come before the new iPhone 13 I can probably ask for an early upgrade 😂😂. Hopefully you could send us a message on Monday telling us the good news.
Hi, the first I knew was a raft of texts saying welcome to my new contract etc and saying I should get a DPD notification shortly. I put it down as yet another EE wind-up then I got an email confirming it’s coming Monday then I got a DPD notification on my DPD watch app with a delivery date of Monday and that I will get a time slot notification before 11am Monday - usually about 1400hrs round here so fingers crossed. Promise I will update from the new phone Monday pm.
Thanks for responding quickly I might give them a call today as I had called them yesterday and they said that it wasn't in stock etc but I'll give them a call to see what's up but I hope you do get your phone on Monday then we all can be hopeful that atleast someone we know got it 😊. Can I ask when did you order the phone and what the colour was, I ordered mine on the 22nd of December and the colour was graphite. So I can get like an estimate of when I'll get mine. Hi, I ordered mine on 02 Dec. So should be a matter of weeks. As another writer states, Ee get their apple devices on Thursdays. The website updates on Friday so worth checking every Friday. Good luck
