iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite Stock Update

Hi,

 

I would like to ask when the stocks for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite would be arriving as I was told that the stocks for this specification would be restocked this week and that I would get the phone by then. Thanking you in advance 😊

Your message got through. Unicorns! I think I could bag one of them before my phone arrives! I stopped ee taking over payments at time of order so no discounts. I do believe we should all form a fb group or something and petition for some form of compensation, failure to deliver as promised type thing. Strange how non of this is in the media?!?!

hello i just checked my mail

it’s just really annoying because they’re still advertising the 12pro
online. the white/silver version is in stock so why isn’t the pacific blue?
they use the same parts. so frustrating. let me know if u receive
your order!

I have put my vpn on so can get back in now. Still no news this end and no hope either. I’ve been checking other providers and they are saying delivery by mid February so I would imagine we are in the same boat. I think the annoying thing is the communications still.

EE are at the hands of Apple here, but a little bit of customer service would not go amiss. On my last 150 I was offered a discount on broadband as an apology - do I want the broadband? No fear I can only imagine how poor the service will be if this issue is anything to go by.

Hi, yea same here no new news, today is the 28th day so I called to see what's happening and the person said that it's still out of stock and waiting for Apple to send it so hopefully like you said by mid February we'll get it

I’m in the same boat except with an iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB gold. I’ve been waiting over 28 days now and it’s just the same old “first come first serve” line. On Apple it says if ordered I’d get it Friday, most other providers are next day delivery so I’m really not sure what the issue is with EE, it’s getting quite frustrating now and I’m regretting switching to EE if this is my first experience with them.

I also ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB Graphite on the 10th Dec. I was told this phone would be restocked on the 14th Jan. I still haven't received my phone yet.

 

If you have got it, how long did it take to get yours?

Hi, no sign of the unicorn phone here either. Day 56 today and still nothing. The temp I spoke to who promised me it would be with me next day was talking rubbish (complaint raised and dealt with). I rang customer services Monday and was given the usual ‘Haven’t you had it yet? I’m sure it will be in the next 28 days’ rubbish. You can tell they are fed up with the question of when. An acquaintance with Apple 🇬🇧 says there stock levels are very high on all models and can’t move as many as they would like as the stores have limited footfall and they’ve met the surge demand for the new phones now. Because they’ve diverted production and spares from iPad to the iPhone they have issues supplying iPads.

short answer - not sometime soon. I’ve checked daily on the website for stock levels and it’s filling up from the 128 up so EE have most colours of all 128 and 256 but no 512. The CS guy said he wasn’t aware they have had any but there must be some about as they’re offering good as new ones for next day and there are a few people on here asking about faults / workarounds for the 512.

 

Hope you get yours soon. I will post if I ever get one.

Hi All,

 

Just called EE for an update and they've promised me that I should get a text message from DPD confirming my delivery slot by the end of next week. 

 

It's been 7 weeks today since I placed my order. Let's see if I have any luck next week.
