cant top up

My son set up my account and asked to retain my old number which was done but the card i was sent had the new number and so i cant top up, can i get a new card with the old number?

@dan209 : Why did you ask for a new SIM? Why didn't you apply for a replacement SIM which auto comes with the same plan & no?

My son gave me his old phone which was on a different provider, as you may have guessed i'm not very tech savvy.

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Have you moved to EE from different network? Did you order a brand new pay as you SIM card on EE to use in your Son's old phone?

 

All SIM cards will have a number registered to them so you will see a temporary number on the pack the SIM card arrives in. Have you activated the SIM card to see if the number has been transferred?
