My account has been closed and I’m currently abroad. Please how can I reactivate it as I have successfully topped up but I can’t stills make calls or send messages.

Swap contract to PAYG after cancelling account?

Hi, I had a monthly contract account that I cancelled last month. i want to be able to buy odd bundles of data on a PAYG basis - am I able to utilise my old cancelled number for this or will I need to grab a new SIM card? Thanks. 

cant top up

My son set up my account and asked to retain my old number which was done but the card i was sent had the new number and so i cant top up, can i get a new card with the old number?
