Order update

I have received two emails so far to say that my my order is on its way but I’ve not received a text or anything and the order number doesn’t work

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Your email confirmation will confirm your plan and device have been checked and approved, and also an email with an order number.

 

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.

 

You can track your order if it contains a pay monthly device. You will need your order number which has 12 digits beginning XKN and your email address. This can be tracked 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email.
