EE loyalty 100%discount

Hi guys  received a notification when I paid my pill that I can upgrade for free through a EE loyalty thing. Every time I click on it gives the full upgrade fee it’s like £400 odd. Can anyone help?

Hi all, when trying to upgrade to the iPhone 13 Pro Max I still have to pay the £508.37 to upgrade.. but yet I have this. I have tried selecting the iPhone without trade-in fee.
