turning off the internet without limit

I turned on the internet with no limits some time ago. I would like to turn this off now because I don't need that much internet anymore. Can someone help me do this or do I have to call EE?

Charges from unknown number

I'm in the same position- I ordered a galaxy S21 in grey a week ago and was told I'd get this within a week. My order still says awaiting confirmation and I'm concerned I won't be able to get the galaxy buds or tab... Will EE honour this instead??

Galaxy S21 charge cable

My new Galaxy s21 phone has arrived, however I cannot charge it. The cable in the box does not have a USB connector so I have had to source an adaptor to charge it. Therefore I can't set up my phone or use it until the adaptor arrives.

Now it has been 3 weeks since the Z flip 3 launched, the offer of the Galaxy Watch 4 is only available with purchases made since the 17th September? What benefit does someone who wanted to pre order the phone, get?

Bug in app

I have new Samsung Fold 3. I have installed my Ee app. I can login but when I try to set a pin the keyboard will not come up so I cannot set a pin. I can click use my password but I can't type in a password.
