Smart disc set up

I'm trying to set up a smart disc and the light is staying on purple. I've gone through all the steps and tried restarting it etc but the light just remains steady purple for hours.

EE perk code

At what stage does the option come up to add the ee perk code.  I've got all the way to check out and there nowhere to put it, I don't want to go to next stage of confirm if there is no option at this stage

ee perks password

Hi  I am unable to reset my EE Perks password, its saying its sending a reset email but has not arrived in my mail box or spam box. I have to renew my contract and cant log on. Kind regards Hannah
