Where is my order?

Could someone check if the iPad Air 10.9” in pink is in stock please? 

My mum added one to her plan on Friday and received an email to say it’s on its way but when I’ve been entering her tracking info it just awaiting dispatch so we’re just wondering if there’s no stock at the moment? Just hoping it’ll be in time for her going on holiday so she has something to use while flying. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Welcome to the community.

 

As soon as there is any movement on your order, the tracker will update. When you placed your order, were you given an estimated delivery time?

 

DPD will send you a text when it is ready to be delivered.

Thanks for the reply! 

No there was no expected date given nor is there one when we track it just says “awaiting confirmation”. 

Which is why I was wondering whether EE are waiting for stock because it doesn’t show up as an option to add to my plan at all.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to access your account and give you an update.

I spoke to a member of customer service and was told it would take 21 days to dispatch. This seems a bit excessive especially as it says pay monthly items will arrive within 48 hours of placing the order.

 

I’ve previously added an Apple Watch to my plan myself and it arrived next day.

We'll be sending them out as we receive stock from the manufacturer. DPD will be in touch when it is ready to deliver.

 

If you would like to discuss changing to a different colour with our Mobile Care team, you may get one sooner.
