EE Perk Issue

I’ve tried registering for the EE perks but can’t seem to login, I’ve confirmed the link that was sent to my work email address. Whenever I’ve tried to login it just doesn’t seem to login and when I reset the password, no link gets sent to my email?? I’ve also tried to re-register but it doesn’t allow me as I’ve already registered

Hello Leanne, no I didn’t get an error message and don’t have an error message when resetting the password as it just confirms that an email has been sent to my email but it isn’t - also checked my junk
