Hello,
I am trying to upgrade one of my phones to the iPhone 13 ProMax. I keep getting an error message saying that the site is down for maintenance.
Can someone advise?

Tried on the laptop using Microsoft edge and also tried via my mobile phone, defo a problem with the EE site, needs sorting ASAP!

Are you within the last 45 days of your contract or are you trying to upgrade early?

OK, thanks for checking that, @sarah10q.
I'd recommend calling our Mobile Care team on 150 so they can check this for you and try and put the upgrade through from our side.
