Refund a top up

I need a refund for my top up!

I have an auto renew top up and the site has been under maintenance for 2 weeks now and i couldnt cancel my subscription ,now they **bleep** charged me and its just a reap off. They will keep charge me over and over again just because their site doesnt work!!

And then have the audacity to say we dont do refunds , excuse me what?

PAYG credit is not refundable.

 

If you stop your pack by texting STOP PACK to 150 you stop your recurring card payment.
