I’ve recently bought a new iPhone on contract. My previous phone was pay as you go. I have paid the deposit for my phone and the first monthly payment but every time I access EE app or website, it still states that I am on the same Everything Pack with the same phone number as before, the only thing which has changed on the site is the kind of mobile I have (iPhone 13 mini). Anyone know what is going on?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
