I placed an order online on Saturday 26th to update to the samsung galaxy S10 (a good as new version). I received an order confirmation email which contained an estimated delivery date of the 29th (it's now the 31st and no sign of the phone). Money was taken from my account for the upfront cost of the phone but I've had no further contact or delivery notifications from either EE or DPD and I'm not able to track the order on the EE tracker?? Can someone explain why this might be happening?

I would recommend speaking to the sales team on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 1 they will be able to check your account for you and provide you with any updates.
