Order tracking not working.

When I try an track my order (xkxxxxxxxxxx), which I placed last Wednesday, 21 October, I keep getting the following message:

 

Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.

I've seen that it usually happens. who can help me?

If order tracking doesn't work then you will need to call EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've ordered Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra 5g and I didn't receive another email with tracking reference
