Cant upgrade phone

Every time i pick a plan and click the checkout says site under maintenance this has been happening since Thursday now i have no time to call as the wait on phone is ridiculous cleared cache and cookies on every browser still nothing what else can i do

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Ive tried everything nothing works seen this as a recurring problem for others aswell
