I can't upgrade my phone it's says "SORRY! THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE TRYING TO DISPLAY THE PAGE" this is extremely poor from a mobile phone companies app. Let me guess I'll get a generic response of contact 150 and speak to our team. I want to upgrade through a working app and not have to speak to someone as it takes longer and it's annoying and less convenient. Why can't you just fix the app? Or tell us it's being looked at rather than copout with a generic reply.

Are you within the last 45 days of your contract or are you trying to upgrade early?
