New phone order

Hi I ordered the Samsung Galaxy s21 with a monthly contract on the 14th September. I have only received my receipt through email and nothing since. And when I track it all it says is that it's been confirmed. I would like to know when I will be receiving my new phone and whys it taking for ages.

@Chrissy2122   It’s taking ages because Samsung have a parts issue.  You’ll be waiting a while longer as all back orders have to be completed first. Some customers have already been waiting 2+ weeks.

You could be waiting a while as I ordered the same phone yesterday (256gb) and the site said the phone will be dispatched once they receive more stock so could be a few weeks yet. The 128gb said within 14 days usually.
