Hey everyone
Recently upgraded and my contract updated to the new one today however on the phone the gentleman told I had a discount however the discount isn't appearing and its not the price I agreed on just wondering how long it could take for it to appear, I would call them but im currently away from home and don't have a good signal

Any discount won't show until it is applied to your first bill.

Yes, if it doesn't show up on your bill then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.
